DELTA Programme Details 2021
- Required English Level : C2 (advanced) or better
- Required Experience : CELTA or equivalent + 2 years' teaching
- Minimum Age : 21 years
- Class Size : 6 (min) - 12 (max)
- Course Length : Jan to May 2021 + Sep 2021
- Lesson Hours : Saturdays from 09h30 - 15h30
General
The course is split into three terms, as shown below. All sessions are Saturdays. Submission date for Module 2 and the Examination for Module 1 is Wednesday 3rd June 2021. Exams are held here at Worcester DELTA (formerly Kingsway DELTA). Our Cambridge Assessment examination centre number is 00115.
The teaching practice observations (1 x Diagnostic and 3 x LSA assignments) take place at the candidate’s place of work during term time. For those who are not working we will have an English class running here in Worcester from February to June 2021. Please check with us for exact days and times.
The core input sessions cover full preparation for all three Modules and include a Mock Examination for Module 1 and guidance for the completion of Module 3. They also include tutorial sessions and all preparation for the assignments for Module 2.
